Yes, i know, 4.0 is out. I'll get around to playing it later.

Yeah, I know I used different formats for the two builds. Tell me which one you like better and I'll use it in the future.

With Imoen, I wanted to make a character that functioned as both a Rogue and a Wizard. With 3.5 multi-classing instead of 2.0 dual-classing, that's a bit difficult, but doable. I used Unseen Seer for skill-points and the awesome ability to steal divination spells off of other Classes lists. Divine Oracle provides Evasion and Uncanny Dodge for more Roguish-ness. Guidance of the Avatar makes Imoen an incredibly versatile with skills (+20 Competence to a skill check), while Hunter's Eye gives 1 Sneak Attack Die/3 Caster Levels so she can still to the "backstabby" thing. Not sure what the best 3rd spell would be, but there are many powerful options.

Factotum gives all skills as Class Skills and Trapfinding, fulfilling the Trap/Skill-Monkey requirement. Only being a level behind a straight Wizard 20 means that Imoen is a quite good casterm and Practiced Spellcaster means she loses no caster levels. She starts with Weapon Finesse so she's not helpless at low level, but trades that for the Pre-req to Divine Oracle once she has enough casting that she's not worrying about melee anymore.

Keldorn is an Inquisitor (Paladin Kit) of Torm, and has the ability to cast dispel magic at HAX level. Sadly Paladins have very low caster level, and couldn't cast dispel magic worth a hoot even if it were on their list. So thus, (Cloistered) Cleric. Obviously we want Church Inquisitor and Prestige Paladin in the build, but what else? The +4 to dispel checks from the Inquisition domain is great, but we need more to make the dispel-monkey Keldorn was in BGII... Solution? Not Arcane Mastery, sadly, as that's only for arcane magic. Instead, we turn to the Aura of Perfect Order stance. Take 11 (15 with the domain power) on dispel checks and we have our Inquisitor.

I'm very proud of managing to do this without giving him any domains that aren't associated with Torm, not counting the two preset ones (Knowledge, Inquisition) he gets from class features. He's actually quite playable from low level. He starts relying on law devotion and spells; later he can use persisted Divine Power for "full BAB", and becomes a gradually better dispeller as well as being able to boot himself an allies with Knowledge Devotion, culminating at level 18 with Aura of Perfect Order. The other martial stuff isn't set because I'm not sure what works best. But there's room for plenty of awesome.
